Add a Dog Park to Thompson Peak Park
Location: Thompson Peak Parkway and Hayden Road
The City of Scottsdale is constructing a new three-and-a-half-acre dog park at Thompson Peak Park to better serve our community’s pet owners. This dedicated space will feature three separate fenced and gated areas to safely accommodate dogs of various sizes and temperaments. To ensure convenient access for visitors, the project includes the construction of an additional parking area with space for 100 vehicles. A new footbridge will also be built, seamlessly connecting the dog park to the park’s existing amenities. Ultimately, this addition will provide a secure, enjoyable environment for residents and their pets to recreate and socialize.
