This project involves reconstructing approximately 180 to 200 parking spaces on 75th Street to better serve the public visiting the City Court and Scottsdale Stadium. By providing dedicated parking, the initiative aims to meet daily court needs and reduce spillover parking into adjacent residential neighborhoods during high-traffic events like Spring Training. Additionally, the project will improve stadium access for essential services, including emergency vehicles and solid waste trucks. This infrastructure upgrade ensures more efficient facility management and a better overall experience for visitors to Scottsdale’s downtown civic and sports venues.
