SCOTTSDALE UNITED METHODITS CHURCH MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
(14-DR-2025)

The Methodist Church on Miller Road, just north of Indian School Road, has proposed building apartments on part of its property. Because the site already falls under the Downtown Overlay (DO) zoning established in 2012, no rezoning is required—only Development Review Board approval. The DO zoning allows up to 23 residential units per acre to encourage more housing in Old Town, and the church is now moving forward under that entitlement.
