Brown Avenue Parking
The current parking corral has one level or surface-grade parking and one level of underground parking. Two additional levels of parking will be added with 185 parking stalls. Community outreach meetings helped shape the design of the structure’s western storefronts. A mix of materials will create the look of individual buildings. The top level will be set back from Brown Avenue, with shaded sidewalks designed to reflect Old Town’s character.
North East Quadrant Parking
This project will design and construct a parking structure located in the northeast Quadrant of Old Town Scottsdale. The structure will be sited on a surface parking lot owned by the city and located north of E. 6th Avenue, east of N Wells Fargo Avenue and west of N. Civic Center Plaza.
