Build New Fire Station at 90th Street and Via Linda to Replace Aging Facility

This project involves building a new fire station to replace the current facility at 90th Street and Via Linda, which was built in 1988 and no longer meets baseline Scottsdale Fire Department requirements. The new station will feature crew quarters, office space, an OSHA-certified decontamination area, safety gear storage, and a double apparatus bay.
