Step 1: Check Your Eligibility
📋 Key Requirements Checklist
- Citizenship: Must be a legal United States citizen.
- Residency: Must be a resident of Arizona and live within a Maricopa County/Scottsdale precinct.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age on or before General Election Day, November 3, 2026.
- Proof of Citizenship: If registering in Arizona for the first time, you must submit Documentary Proof of Citizenship, DPOC, to vote a “full ballot,” which includes Scottsdale City Council races. Method 2: By Mail (Paper Application)
If you do not have a valid Arizona state ID, or simply prefer using a physical form, you can register by mail.
